By popular demand, we have enhanced the Information module with three new features and a minor improvement to help customer Bread Agents work more efficiently. Let’s take a closer look at these updates.

Search messages and comments in your contact list
The highly requested feature, Search Messages and Comments is here! With new intuitive filters, agents can effortlessly find relevant messages and comments from the Messages module.

Just remember one or a few keywords mentioned in the conversation with the contact, and the agent can search and find them easily.

In the past, agents had to scroll through the entire conversation history with customers to find past messages.

To simplify this process, we've added a search bar to the conversation Italy WhatsApp Number List action menu, making it quicker and easier for agents to find specific messages.

New Inbox filter: All statuses
Until now, conversations in the Reply.io Inbox could only be filtered by Open, Closed, or Loose status. This made it difficult for agents to effectively search for information, comments, or contacts they needed when searching for messages in each status individually.

The All Status filter allows you to view conversations that are open, closed, or pending in your contact list.
To provide more flexibility, we've introduced an All Status filter. This filter allows you to view all conversations in your contact list, regardless of the conversation status. This handy filter is now set as the default option for your convenience.

Collapsible contact event view
Conversation activity provides reply.io users with information about ongoing activity in conversations with their contacts. However, the flood of conversation events can sometimes make the chat interface look dull.

To address this, we've implemented a collapsible list of toggles to seven or more events that fire in sequence. This ensures a cleaner view while retaining essential information.

WhatsApp BSP Improvements
Since becoming the WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP), we have been releasing new features that add value to the respon.io WhatsApp Business API. Our recent update focused on refining the WhatsApp Message Templates feature, which led to some additional surprises.

Location-based message templates
New location-based message templates are here! With this, businesses can now easily share location information with their customers through message templates. For example, healthcare companies can use it to direct customers to the nearest center, while freight companies can use it to confirm delivery locations.

Message template tags and tag search filters
Previously, you could not tag your message templates to categorize them for your convenience. Now, you can add one or more tags to new and existing message templates.

This new update allows you to filter and search templates based on specific tags.



Automatic synchronization of message template status
Previously, you could not view the updated status of your message templates in real time. For example, when you submitted a message template for meta-approval, you had to manually click the Sync Template button to get the latest approval status.

This action is sometimes overlooked, causing users to have out-of-date information about the status of their message templates.
